1. A personal commitment of faith in Jesus Christ for forgiveness and salvation along with evidence of a changed life
2. At least 18 years of age
3. Scriptural water baptism by immersion as a testimony of salvation
4. Regular contributions/tithe to the support of Christian Life Center
5. Completion of the Membership class
6. Those transferring their membership from an Assemblies of God church, should call their former church and ask that a letter of transfer be sent to the Senior Pastor’s office*. Because the classes are of an introductory nature, transfers are asked to attend the 4-week class and fill out the various membership forms to have on file at CLC.
VITAL INFORMATION
Pick up a Membership Informational and Registration brochure at the Information Desk, or when you go to the first class. Classes are held in a 4-week cycle beginning the first Sunday of each month in room 232 at 10 AM.
